Higher Road for Higher Ed

To celebrate this historic win, and to discuss how to expand the movement, SEIU/Adjunct Action is hosting a one-day conference on Saturday, November 15, at the JFK Library and Museum in Dorchester — the very place adjunct faculty in Greater Boston first came together in April 2013. Panels and discussion breakouts throughout this interactive day of discussion will cover: Celebrating the Tufts 1st Contract and Expanding the Movement; Student Activism on Campus; and Art, Education and Organizing.

SEIU/Tufts Joint Statement on Tentative Contract

Tufts University and the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) have reached a tentative agreement on a three-year contract for part-time lecturers in Tufts’ School of Arts and Sciences.
